Netarts Emergency Response Volunteers (NERV)
NERV is a community-based volunteer group dedicated to helping Netarts residents and the community prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and disasters. Whether you have specialized skills or simply a desire to help your neighbors, there is a place for you at NERV.
